I’ve only just started to watch American Idol (I live in the UK) and it’s in the semi’s, i like the guy who used to be a bartender - forgotten his name - but the show seems slightly better than versions we have over here.

ahh I dislike american idol very much..a friend of mine tried out in a nearby state as they didn’t come to our area,they told him to travel to another state and try out,as they were only seeking jokes.I got upset about it said the show was a joke and never watched it again.

Ah, it’s been seasons since I’ve seen American Idol… that show just completely bores the heck out of me. I only see and hear about it from the celebrity magazines.

I hope the person you are rooting for is really really good!! They’re coming out with the same talents over and over again, no one really to blow you off your feet.

I havent watched american idol ever since the kelly clarkson season… i heard in this season that david’s dad is now banned? i honestly didnt think a parent can be that horrible to his son.. then again i dont know the entire story.

You know, as much as I hate how “Melinda Doolittle-ish” David A. acts sometimes, I really blame it on his father. Did you hear about him being banned from backstage? Apparently he made David add a lyric from another song in his “Stand By Me” song thus causing the show more money. Rumor has it Mr. Archuleta is a bit controlling so it’s no surprise David is all, “Oh shucks I’m that good?”

I agree with you 100% on Seyesha. The way I feel about her is the same way I felt about Katharine McPhee. Yes, we know she’s good and she does too! Plus, I still don’t like the way Seyesha exposed her dad being in AA on national television during her audition. Boo hoo daddy’s a recovering alcoholic so you should win Idol? Puh-leez.

I adore David Cook, ’nuff said.

It has been a long time since I’ve last watched American Idol! It’s a shame that I didn’t have the time to follow it, and I can at least partially blame the local station for screening the episodes a few weeks later than the telecast over in the US. So most Idol news in my country is pretty outdated that’s why we have satellite TVs at home so we can get watch the latest rounds.

It definitely takes a lot of courage for David Cook to bring the Duran Duran song to the stage! I was hoping that he didn’t get berated by Simon for choosing that song - you know, Simon is particularly picky AND nasty!

I have never been a big fan of American Idol but I’ve liked most of David Cook’s performances so far. All of them can sing, and are very good looking. I think it will be the two David’s for the final two.

Surprisingly some people spell my name incorrectly. People are forever getting my last name wrong. Instead of Williamson people tend to think it is Williams. It is rather annoying.

Hey there, dropping by through a Google search nice blog you have over here! I love the simple layout and the very rich content. I think I’ve done a similar meme a few weeks back that asks you to list out 6 stupid things about yourself. Speaking of John Kerry, I’ve got a friend who was taught by his sister back in elementary school where she works as a literature teacher. The world is so small!

I like facebook. It’s a good way to communicate with people you were close to in high school (especially since I seem to be half a country away from everybody now) and everyone else can just be put on limited profile. Another reason I like facebook is because it’s a great way to network and get information; I’ve seen 5 free movie screenings because an acquaintance invited me to a facebook group. I guess there’s a plus to every negative.
