Sick Day

I am home from work today. I have an ear infection.
I’m feeling much better than I was two days ago, but my ear is still hurting a lot. I will have to go to work tomorrow though. I’ve got this meeting at the Board office tomorrow after school I have to attend. Boring.
So my husband finally has a Twitter account.
He’s also been reading a lot of library blogs and he says he’s gonna start a LiveJournal where he anonymously will write about his job without using real names or places. I would love to have a completly anonymous blog where I tell what really goes on in my classroom on a day-to-day basis. Future teachers should know what to look forward to! College classes and practicum experiences do not prepare you for teaching.
Anyway, now that I’ve mentioned it, it’s not completely anonymous. Because now you know that I want to do it. And if I did, then you’d know about it. Hmm. Maybe I won’t tell any of you if I do it or not. Then no one will know.
And I’ll just be talking to myself. Sort of like I am doing now…
My ear hurts.

Aww, I hope your ear feels better! I used to get ear infections all the time; thankfully, they’re not as common now.
Is what goes on in a classroom really that much of a secret?

Oh no! I hope you feel better soon, ear infections are the worst! *hugs*
Have you received something from me? In the mail? (Just want to make sure you got it ~_~)

Don’t freak me out even by indirectly saying the classroom is scary!!! I’m doing my student teaching next year… I’m scared enough as it is. :dead:

Hope your ear gets better soon.
I find anonymous blog not exactly anonymous as somehow some people might still find out who you are. Maybe it’s just me but I find that nothing can really be anonymous on the Internet.

Awwwh, I hope your ear is better now!
*hugs*I has a sekret journal… >__> I think I added you as a friend on it too, HAHA!
I think having an option for a somewhat anonymous outlet is a great thing because you don’t feel any pressure to censor yourself about ANYTHING…since no one knows who you are! So if you want to be entirely free to write whatever…have an entirely secret blog, hehe. -
When you make it, do leave me a message about the link! I would so love to read about what is going on in the classroom, as I am a teacher myself!
