WordPress Upgrade to 2.6

Sometimes I really hate WordPress. 
I could honestly, really care less about all these “great new features” this newest version has. I probably won’t use any of them! I just upgrade to 2.5 like 10 minutes ago! (Exaggeration) I just tried upgrading to 2.6 and, as some of you know, my website got totally screwed. It’s a miracle I put it back together. I have backups, of course, but I didn’t have a backup of my latest post (by some miracle it survived). So now I am back at 2.5 dreading trying to upgrade to 2.6 for a second time. *grumbles*
