Shoving things in your bum??

I was taking a look at my stats and what keywords people search for that lead them to my site. Someone searched for “how to take things out that you shoved up your bum.”
Obviously they got to my site because of my gynecologist post. But… it’s scary someone was searching for ways to remove things they shoved up their bum. I mean, what WERE they doing?? :stunned:
