Wow, that’s terrible about your bag. At least you got it back though! I’ve only flown a couple times and thankfully haven’t had any missing items. Uncomfortable seats, OMGYES! but no missing bags. I hope I never do, and stories like this make me want to go minimalist and just take a carry-on bag (which I did do for my husband and I on our last vacation).
