MyDesign Award… Yeeaah…

So, Bubs recently received this email telling her that her site had won an award. She had to go to this site, create an account, and ta-da - here site was then listed on this site. She promptly got a negative comment about her site. Idiots. Lo and behold, I had the same email in my inbox today. I think the site is pretty wacked, but I did submit my site just to get some general feedback. Rate my site. Or not. Won’t hurt my feelings either way.

“I love the site. It is a wonderful choice in colors and the rainbows are a refreshing change of pace. The muted colors of the rainbows make it a nice change from blaring colors that you normally find on most sites.”
Though the above shouldn’t be surprising to you. You already knew this.

Who posted this comment on there? Not very nice, I don’t ever recollect you taking layouts from other people.

Ah, who knows Sarah. Anytime I have created a layout, I always tell the site that inspired me on my layouts page. I think I have an idea who might have wrote that comment, but really it doesn’t matter. If someone wants to make a comment like that that doesn’t even apply to the layout I have up now, then whatever really. Not gonna lose any sleep over it.

Even though I submitted my site, I still get the same email over and over again. It’s a bad advertisement scheme
And what’s this about being inspired?? That’s crap. Commenters on that site seem like they’re out to get everyone!
