Happy Birthday Pouncy

Pouncy’s birthday was on July 6th. She is…. *drum roll* 17, SEVENTEEN, years old! She still acts like such a spunky little kitten. As a treat, we got her a plain Cheeseburger from McDonald’s (she always tries to get our food when we bring food home). She opened it and drug the top bun off. The she started trying to eat it. She picked up the patty and bottom bun and carried it off into the dining room. I finally cut it up for her. She loves cheese. It was so adorable. Pouncy is the bestest cat ever. I’ve had her for practically my whole life it seems. I can’t imagine not having her around!
She’s still doing just fine with her FIV. You’d never know she had by just looking at her. She’s still fairly thin, but she’s always been a tiny cat. Pouncy is so precious.

That’s so cute that she got a mc donalds hamburger, I usually make my dog a very small piece of cake and give him that on his birthday

Wow 17 years - one of our cats died just last week in a car crash, she was only 9 - way too young for a cat to die.
I wouldn’t give my pets McDonalds food though - who knows what’s in there, it’s probably worse than cat food. -
Aww, what a sweet cat! Looks like she had a wonderful birthday. A cheeseburger sounds like a really lovely present, I think I’ll get Billy one when his birthday comes round, as he loves cheese too

Happy Belated Birthday to Pouncy! Next month is my Max’s 1st bday. We just got 3 new cats I gotta figure out their birthdays. I think Dora is in April. Garfeild & Jumper Man was born in May. They are siblings. I just got them today so I can’t think very hard.
I hope her FIV doesn’t give her any problem for the rest of her days! -

Aww, look at the cutie! Seventeen years old, and with FIV (how long is their lifespan with that disease?)? Wow.
Cats can eat cheeseburgers? I seriously didn’t know that. I know dogs die from chocolate, but if cats can eat cheeseburgers, I think I’m going to get one now.
